Well Written Alien Dystopian
The thing about aliens is the unlimited possibilities. What I loved was that this book have a storyline with a fresh twist. Elements were classic, but there were many plot points that were innovative.
Classic is the unassuming man who is destined to help humanity. Dean is a lovable guy who tries to just do what’s right. That makes him relatable and likable.
The cast of characters Dean connects with not only define him more, but they also paint a deeper image. They show the similarities and contrasts between humans as well as aliens. Each is unique with their own individual tale.
I enjoyed the mystery built into the story. Even the cliffhanger of an ending was welcome. The book was brought full circle, yet it left a tantalizing morsel. That being said, I need to fallow that trail to the next installment.
It’s worth it, and I need to know more!
