Loved This Introductory Teaser!
Well, this served its purpose and I’ve bought the entire series LOL. It’s no surprise that I recommend this short story. After reading it, I’m certain you’ll grab your copies of the entire series, too!
What I liked was the story inside the story, which actually enriched the overall plot. The types of dragons, the pairing of dragon and master, and the incomplete history of them all just drew me in. To have it tie directly back to the storyteller and the primary tale just made it irresponsible. I must know more!
I thought I was just reading a standalone short story… nope – I’ve started a new series. And I’m thrilled about it!
