  - VANISHED
- What genre is it?
  - Sexy romantic suspense
- When and where is your tale set?
  - Los Angeles, close to Hollywood, present day.

Who are you?
- What is your name?
  - Mabel Reynolds.
- Are you a fictional or historical character?
  - Completely fictional. Not entirely sure where Anna came up with me, but I’m glad she did!
- What’s your role in the story – are you the protagonist or a supporting character?
  - I am the main heroine!
- Are you a human, animal, alien, robot, or something completely different?
  - Human, although my daughter Keeley would get a kick out of me maybe being an alien.
- Do you consider yourself to be good, bad, or indifferent? Would others agree with this assessment – why, or why not?
  - I’m good. I strive to always do the right thing and help as many people as I can. That said, don’t stand in the way of something I need or want. Then I’d be considered… difficult.

What do we need to know about you?
- What is your personal goal? I mean, what do you ultimately want?
  - Find out what happened to my twin sister Sylvie. She disappeared eight years ago. I need to know the truth!
- What is standing in your way? What conflict(s) do you face?
  - The District Attorney and other powerful people who want the case dropped or even better, forgotten.
- Why is this goal important to you? What’s your motivation?
  - Sylvie was my other half. Until I know the truth, I can’t be at peace.
- If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why?
  - I wish I could be more trusting of people, but in my experience, most people always disappoint.
