The Wonder of Me by Mary Elizabeth JacksonMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
An Empowering Book and Great Way To Close Trilogy
What a cute book. I am thrilled to share this with my grandkids for so many reasons. The main one is that it empowers kids to be proud who they are, as they are.
I love the message of this story (and series). Love makes us perfect (book 1), look what I can do as I discover my world (book 2), and all the quirky things about me make me special (book 3). How inspirational and charming, right?
I definitely recommend this book. I think in a time when kids (and people, in general) hear so many negative things, it is nice to have such a positive text. Something that tells kids laugh, explore, and be happy. This book does that while leaving you with a sense of joy.
