    • Are you a human, animal, alien, robot, or something completely different?
      • I am a young girl.
    • Do you consider yourself to be good, bad, or indifferent?  Would others agree with this assessment – why, or why not?
      • I am a good girl, but I have big dreams that don’t fit in with many small townspeople. I want to work and see other parts of the United States.
  • What do we need to know about you?
    • What is your personal goal?  I mean, what do you ultimately want?
      • My personal goal is to go to college.

      • Girls born in the early 1900s are supposed to get married, not go to college and work.
    • Why is this goal important to you?  What’s your motivation?
      • Having an education is essential to me. I see where the world is going, and I want to play a bigger role in it. My parents plan on ensuring my brothers are educated, but they still believe in the old ways of all girls getting married while the men work.
    • If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why?
      • To have more patience and try to understand what my parents are trying to teach me.
      • I have the best parents ever, but they don’t see the world changing as much as I do. I wish I knew how to make them understand.
  • How do I get a copy of your book?
    • Is it available now, or when can we expect to see it released?
