    • When and where is your tale set?
      • Charlie’s Grandpa’s House – The Tree (a major character) located in the side yard You can see it outside the kitchen window.

    • What is your name?

      What’s your role in the story – are you the protagonist or a supporting character?
      • Charlie asks his grandpa how the Oak Tree became so big- This question sets the stage for the intergenerational story of how the massive Oak Tree came to be
      Are you a human, animal, alien, robot, or something completely different?
      • Human  and an Oak Tree
    • Do you consider yourself to be good, bad, or indifferent?  Would others agree with this assessment – why, or why not?
      • A sweet boy who enjoys hearing his grandpa tell him family stories.
