Meet Lazer From Sunset Distortion

MEET MY CHARACTER

  1. Tell us about your story:
    • What is the name of your book?
    • What genre is it?
      • Science Fiction, but with jokes.
    • When and where is your tale set?
      • 2015, mostly in space and on a few alien worlds. I still like LA better, nobody is trying to eat you.
  2. Who are you?
    • What is your name?
      • Lazer… with a Z.
    • Are you a fictional or historical character?
      • Fictional
    • What’s your role in the story – are you the protagonist or a supporting character?
      • I’m the pro… pro… Wait… What’s the word again? Eh, I’m the main character.
    • Are you a human, animal, alien, robot, or something completely different?
      • Human… I guess that makes me pretty popular out here.
    • Do you consider yourself to be good, bad, or indifferent?  Would others agree with this assessment – why, or why not?
      • I guess I’m alright. I’m pretty good at guitar, does that count for anything?
  3. What do we need to know about you?
    • What is your personal goal?  I mean, what do you ultimately want?
      • I really want to just survive this whole ordeal so I can get back to my van. It’s got a custom paint job, it’s pretty sweet. I’ll show you sometime. Hey, is that hot chick over there your sister? She gets the tour first.
    • What is standing in your way?  What conflict(s) do you face?
      • A bunch of aliens with weapons and a giant dog monster with spider legs and swords for arms… Man, that thing runs fast. Also, I don’t think Dex is gonna let me go home until I find that artifact thing for her. That lady’s cold as ice.
    • Why is this goal important to you?  What’s your motivation?
      • I mostly just don’t want to die. If the aliens don’t kill me I swear all of this cardio will. No man in his forties should be forced to run this much.
    • If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be, and why?
      • Not being abducted in the first place would be pretty great. I have a gig tonight, but I don’t think I’m gonna make it.
  4. How do I get a copy of your book?
    • Is it available now, or when can we expect to see it released?
      • It’s on the internet. I know the bar’s wifi password. I’ll give it to you if you want.
    • Do you have a universal link available?
