Good Paranormal Mystery
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I picked up this book. I was drawn to the cover, knew I enjoyed psychic tales, so dove right in. I’m glad I did.
Liliah is a likable character with interesting abilities. Her guilt for her sister’s death is misplaced, but honest. The relationship began this troubled woman and Samuel is both endearing and sad. It adds a realistic romance into a dark mystery.
Ingo is a fun and humorous addition. I loved his relationship with Lilah’s father. You know, it’s probably obvious the cast really brought this tale to life – even the ones that were dead!
The plot was interesting with a sound mystery. There were paranormal elements to thrill and some offbeat tidbits to make you wonder… what’s to come? Does the author have more in store for us? I hope so!
I recommend this book. I see the potential of a series.
