The Book That Started It All
This was the first Little Critter book I read as a kid. It began my love of this series and was a big part of my addiction to literature. Of course, it was a big player in my reading to my daughters, so it was a first when sitting down to read with my grandkids. For me, it is a must in your home library.
This story is so sweet. You feel so badly that the attempts to for the little critter to help seem so disastrous, but they are done with such love and good intention. That is the way of children, is it not? It is a great reminder for parents to take a breath and see the kindness of their babies. It is also a great story for showing children that even when things go horribly wrong, it’s okay. In the end, love always prevails.
I love this story. I definitely recommend it!
